By accessing or using the WhistleView application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
WhistleView provides a platform for sports officiating development, including video clip playlists, referee assessment reports, rankings tracking, and collaboration workspaces.
3. Account Registration & Roles
You must register for an account using a valid email. Access to workspaces is managed by workspace owners and administrators. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Intellectual Property
The WhistleView platform, design, software, and tools are owned by WhistleView, Inc. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of our services without prior written permission.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you are in violation of these Terms of Use.
