We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, editing your profile, or joining a workspace. This includes your name, email address, phone number, provincial union / region, and Boksmart credentials if applicable.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to generate referee match performance reports, calculate rankings and rankings statistics, manage fixtures, and coordinate review sessions within your workspace. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
All personal details, upload files, and reports are processed and stored securely using Firebase and Google Cloud Infrastructure. We implement strict access controls so only authorized users within your workspace can view assessments and report details.
4. Data Deletion and Portability
You can request or perform the permanent deletion of your account and personal details directly from the settings page inside the WhistleView application. Once requested, your personal data will be completely deleted from our databases.
